Terms of Use (Pilot Draft)

GoodLoop is designed to be auditable, privacy-preserving, and grant-compatible by default.

Last Updated: December 18, 2025. This document applies to all participants in the GoodLoop pilot.

1. Pilot Status

GoodLoop is currently an early-stage pilot. Features, locations, and access may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice. Participation is voluntary.

2. Approval Authority

All redemptions are subject to the approval of the participating local business. GoodLoop provides the infrastructure for logging, but the business maintains final authority over approval or denial at the counter.

3. Prohibited Use

Any attempt to circumvent the QR-based location verification or spoof redemption logs will result in immediate disqualification from the pilot program.

4. Limitation of Liability

GoodLoop is provided "as is." We are not responsible for the availability of items at participating locations. All access is subject to business approval.

5. Pilot Governance

These terms are governed by the requirements of our pilot partners and participating municipal or nonprofit stakeholders.
